About Duncan Campbell

Duncan Campbell has called Austin home for over 20 years and developed a passion for real estate from a young age. Growing up in Austin, he watched neighborhoods evolve, followed market trends, and gained an early appreciation for how development shapes both communities and lifestyles. That firsthand understanding of Austin’s growth continues to influence the way he advises clients today.

Duncan began his career with Moreland Properties before graduating high school and returned during his time at The University of Texas at Austin to continue building hands-on experience across the transaction process. During college, he earned his Texas real estate license and continued expanding his knowledge of the business from the inside out. Following graduation, he transitioned into a client-facing role, combining local market expertise with an analytical approach and a concierge-level standard of service.

Today, Duncan focuses on helping clients navigate Austin real estate with confidence by delivering thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and a highly personalized experience.

Outside of real estate, Duncan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the new Tex Mex spots, and staying active around Lady Bird Lake.
