Raised in both Tarrytown and Westlake, Leah graduated from Westlake High School and has lived with her family in both Central Austin and Westlake Hills, keeping her deeply connected to the community. She is married to a sixth-generation Austinite, Chris Petri, and they have two sons: Walker, a sophomore at The University of Texas and a member of the Sig Ep fraternity, and Hughes, a senior at Westlake High School and a member of the golf team.

Along with her husband, Leah enjoys investing in properties in Austin and Colorado, having completed projects ranging from ground-up construction to surface remodels. This hands-on experience is invaluable to her clients when evaluating a property’s potential. In 2021, Leah’s personal home was featured on the world-renowned AIA architecture tour.
Outside of real estate, Leah enjoys hiking with her two white labs, Hattie and Hazel, playing tennis with friends, and spending time with family on Lake Austin.
