My Background:

I was born in Texas but raised in the military. I understand the challenges of relocation and work diligently to make it a smooth process for all parties.

I moved to Austin in 1986 to attend the University of Texas and have called Austin and the surrounding area home ever since.  Having been a long-time resident of Austin, I’m very familiar with the city and surrounding areas. Studying the market and understanding the potential impact to my clients is a passion.

I bring over 30 years of marketing, finance, complex negotiations and business development experience to my clients having spent most of my career as a leader with Dell Technologies – Austin’s premier High-tech company and now as a member of the distinguished Brokerage of Moreland Properties. In an effort to better serve our clients, the Jamie Novak Group was established in 2021 adding two full time agents and a Director of Operations to the team. We represent clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to the highest-end luxury property sales and everything in between.

Personal:

I’m an avid snow skier, sports fan, football fanatic, die-hard Denver Broncos fan, and fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out, hiking, or just about any outdoor activity Austin has to offer.  I reside in Lakeway with my husband Chad (who is also our Director of Operations!) and three slightly spoiled rescue dogs, Miller, Dakota and Thea.
